Everyone who already follows my blog a little longer might remember that I was attending Monaco Yacht Show last year for Ocean Independence. Needless to say that I had to come back this year too for the Show and now I'd like to present you some pictures of it (Of course you can also see some snapshots on my Instagram channel @themandarinegirl) The Monaco Yacht Show was taking part from 28th of September until 1th of october, during this time 580 exhibitors und 125 superyachts were attendant... But my personal highlight every time are the Partys which take place on the Yachts in the evening where you can connect with many interesting people from the industry - an memorable experience! (My favorite was btw the one on the ICON, a very beautiful Yacht by Camper & Nicholsons) But of course also the cruises with the Tenders are always super nice and fun... ;) Next to all the Yacht companies there are also quite a lot of other partners attending, for example the luxury car renter Edel & Stark which was present for example with a Ferrari 458 and a very nice Bentley GTC. Personally I love Ferraris and I'd really love to take that Baby home with me... ;) Once again it was a very successful MYS and I'm already looking forwad to next year! Well, now I'm off to Mallorca next, I'll tell you very soon for whom I will travel to and what I'm going to do... Good night everyone!
Jeder der meinen Blog schon etwas länger verfolgt wird sich vermutlich noch daran erinnern dass ich schon letztes Jahr auf der Monaco Yacht Show war, damals für Ocean Independence. Auch dieses Jahr war ich wieder vor Ort und zeige euch jetzt ein paar Bilder. (Auf Instagram @themandarinegirl könnt ihr natürlich auch einige Schnappschüsse meines Trips sehen) Die Yacht Show fand vom 28.09 - 01.10 statt, während dieser Zeit waren 580 Aussteller und 125 Superyachten vor Ort. Mein persönliches Highlight auf den Yacht Shows sind natürlich immer die spektakulären Partys und Events auf den Yachten auf die man ab und an eingeladen wird und viele interessante Kontakte zu Leuten aus der Branche knüpfen kann - immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis! (Mein Favorit dieses Jahr war auf jeden Fall die Party auf der ICON, einer wunderschönen Yacht von Camper & Nicholsons), aber auch das cruisen mit den Tendern durch den Hafen ist natürlich immer ein tolles Ereignis... ;) Natürlich sind auch viele weitere interessante Partner vor Ort auf der Monaco Yacht Show, darunter beispielsweise der Luxusauto-Vermieter Edel & Stark, der u.a. mit einem Ferrari 458 und einem Bentley GTC vertreten war... Ich persönlich liebe Ferrari und hätte das schicke Baby am liebsten sofort mit nach Hause genommen ;) Es war wirklich eine erfolgreiche und spannende MYS und ich freue mich schon sehr auf nächstes Jahr! So, für mich geht es jetzt erst einmal weiter nach Mallorca, was ich dort mache erfahrt ihr natürlich ganz bald... Good Night everyone!

When Ocean Independence asked me if I wanted to join them for an exclusive trip to Monaco Yachtshow, you can surely imagine that I couldn't say no ;) So OI organized my trip to Monaco&Nice and soon I was finding myself in Nice in my hotel room, meeting the other bloggers who were invited... Maren (Fashion meets Art), jacky (Heart of Holly), Rosa (Rosapelsblog) and 3 other lovely girls. After I was refreshing myself from the fligtht, we all were driven to Monaco, to be exact to the Port Hercule - where the Yachtshow takes place since 1991 and shows the creme de la creme of luxury boats and yachts. All of the yachts are simply stunning and huge, most of them even had a swimming pool and/or a jacuzzi, some of them also had a heliport... The favorite of mine and most of the girls was a yacht called Logica, a very classy boat thanks to its interior design and modern style! I have to admit I was really impressed! Above all after we finished a little trip with a stunning Boesch boat and then went to a chic privat party on the luxury yacht called Vojager... and afterwards ending this perfect night on the Katina (where we couldn't resist to dance in the jacuzzi like crazy... thanks to too much champagne;-) I really had some great days and lots of fun in Monaco with the girls and many thanks again to Ocean Independence for that great trip to Monaco and the stunning yachts!
Als ich gefragt wurde ob ich zusammen mit ein paar anderen, ausgewählten Bloggern für Ocean Independence nach Moncao kommen möchte und dort 3 Tage die "Monaco Yachtshow" erleben möchte konnte ich natürlich nicht nein sagen. Nachdem Ocean Independence alles organisiert hatte ging es also ab ins Flugzeug für mich und von München nach Nizza, wo unser Hotel lag. Dort traf ich dann erstmal die anderen Blogger die mit dabei waren... Maren, Jacky, Rosa und 3 andere Mädels. Nachdem wir uns frisch gemacht hatten ging es dann auch schon rüber nach Monaco, genauer gesagt zum Port Hercule, wo die Yachtshow seit 1991 statt findet und die Creme de la Creme der Superyachten zeigt. Die Yachten sind wirklich rießig, fast alle haben einen Pool und/oder Jacuzzi, manche sogar einen Hubschrauberlandeplatz... Der Liebling der Mädels und mir war fast einstimmig die Logica, eine wunderschöne Yacht die uns wirklich allen super gefallen hatte, nicht nur wegen ihrer stimmigen und eleganten Einrichtung! Ich muss zugeben, ich war wirklich beeindruckt! Erst recht als wir nach unserem kleinen Bootstrich (mit einem sehr eleganten Boesch Boot) durch den Hafen von Monaco dann gegen Abend auf eine schicke Privat-Party auf der Luxusyacht Vojager eingeladen waren - Und nicht zu vergessen hinterher noch auf einen Abstecher auf die Katina (in der wir es uns mit gehobenem Pegel dann irgendwann nicht mehr verkneifen konnten in den Whirlpool zu springen und dort ein wenig zu tanzen;-) Ich hatte mit den Mädels wirklich eine Menge Spaß und eine tolle Zeit in Monaco - dank Ocean Independence!
