After a few pics which I already published on my Instagram Account I wanna present you now the complete review about my trip to Mauritius and the amazing hotel we were staying at. Me and 4 other international bloggers were invited to explore the stunning Heritage Le Telfair Resort and spend an unfortgettable week there. And we really had a great time on the island, the whole team did its best to make us happy and showed us the hotel at its best. We really had fun and enjoyed some cool activities, like a boat trip, golf, Pilates and of course we had looots of good food. In my opinion it is so important when you are on holidays to eat good and enjoy different kind of restaurants and food. And the Heritage Resort really offers a great range of different styles and types of cuisines. Here you can find the complete overview about the several restaurants. Personally, my favorite ones were definitely "Le Château de Bel Ombre" and "Le Palmier". Last one is perfeclty located right on the beach and allows you a spectacular view on the turquoise waves and the sea... What a dream! Just like the Rooms and Suites, starting with the Deluxe Rooms from around 62m² to the stunning Ocean Suites (around 104m²) the Resorts really offers a nice range of different places to relax and sleep, all in elegant brown colors and woods. Also very elegant and sophisticated was the amazing Seven Colours Spa where I was enjoying an almost 2 hour treatment and felt like newly born afetrwards. ;) Besides Wellness the Resort also offers some other fun activities such as golf, tennis, yoga, tai chi, quad biking, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba diving and much more. With this great range of activities it's no wonder that the Heritage Resort is part of the "Small Luxury Resorts of the World" and was also honored with several awards... A big thanks to the whole team for our amazing time and our flawless stay on the island! We did fly with Emirates to Dubai and from there to Mauritius, but as much as I know there are also some companies which offer direct flights as well! :)
Nach einigen Fotos die ich ja bereits schon auf meinem Instagram Account gepostet hatte, folgt hier nun die komplette Review meiner Reise nach Mauritius. Eingeladen wurden wir (Ich und 4 andere internationale Blogger) um das Heritage Le Telfair für ein paar Tage zu erkunden... Wir hatten wirklich eine ganz tolle Zeit, das Heritage Team hat sich ordentlich ins Zeug gelegt und so konnten wir die Schönheit der Insel und die des Resorts wirklich in vollen Zügen genießen. So standen u.a. ein Bootstrip. golfen, Pilates und natürlich jede Menge gutes Essen auf dem Programm. Gerade letzteres hat mich wirklich schwer begeistert, ich finde zu einem gelungenen Urlaub gehört einfach auch immer gutes Essen und vor allem auch eine Auswahl verschiedener Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten. Das bietet das Heritage Resort auf jeden Fall. Hier findet ihr eine genaue Übersicht über die verschiedenen gastronomischen Angebote des Hotels. Meine Favoriten waren ganz klar "Le Château de Bel Ombre" und "Le Palmier" - letzteres ist genau am Strand gelegen und bietet eine himmlische Aussicht auf das türkis-blaue Meereswasser... wirklich ein Traum! Genau so wie die Zimmer und Suiten des Resorts, angefangen von den Deluxe Rooms (Größe 54-62m²) bis hin zu den Ocean Suites (104m²) bieten alle Unterkünfte Platz und eine charmante, stilvolle Rückzugsoase die meist in elegantem braun und edlen Hölzern gehalten sind. Als sehr edel empfand ich auch den Seven Colours Spa in dem ich mich 1,5 Stunden verwöhnen ließ und mich danach wie neu geboren fühlte! :) Neben Wellness bietet das Resort übrigens noch zig verschiedene Freizeit-Aktivitäten wie golfen, Tennis, Yoga, Tai Chi, Quad biking, Windsurfen, Schnorcheln, Scuba Diving uvm... Bei so einem guten Angebot wundert es natürlich nicht dass das Heritage Le Telfair u.a. Mitglied der "Small Luxury Hotels of the World" ist und bereites etliche Awards abräumen konnte. :) Ein großes Danke an das gesamte Team für unseren wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf der Insel und im Hotel. PS: Die Anreise nach Mauritius ist eigentlich auch recht unkompliziert, mit Emirates flogen wir nach Dubai und dann von dort weiter nah Mauritius, so viel ich weiß gibt es aber auch Fluggesellschaften die sogar Direktflüge nach Mauritius anbieten... Einem tollen Trip auf die Insel steht also nichts mehr im Wege ;)
